Oh So Close!

I am oh soo close to reaching my goal of 21 workouts for the month of February! 2 to go and I WILL have done it! It's been a little bit rough (nothing too tough) but I have been DETERMINED to reach this goal. For a few reasons.

  1. I WANT & NEED a new pair of workout pants desperately and will ONLY allow myself to get them if/WHEN I reach this goal!
  2. I want/NEED to prove to myself that I CAN stick to something and achieve something! Each step I take is a step towards that ultimate destination/goal!
Now I have to figure out what my goal for next month is going to be. I'm thinking it's going to be to get my weight training in each week (along with my cardio). What do you guys think?

I've gotta weigh myself on Saturday. I'm a bit nervous because though I've watched my calories I don't know that I've been as good as I could have been. At the same time I'm anxious! Anxious to see what my total #s will be for the month.

Well, that's all from me (I've been HORRID when it comes to my "art" so I have nothing to post/say about it). Hope you have all had a good week so far.

I'm anxious every week, but then again, I just have to know. As hard as you have been working, you'll have success, even if it is a small dose, it's still success. I wish you many pounds lost - from one healthier person to another! Smile.

you know what, the SCALE is a great *tool*...but it's not the be-all and end-all! no matter what you wound up weighing this week...TWENTY-ONE work outs in february is AWESOME and you are getting healthier as well as slimmer! it's not a race...you've got however much time it takes and you're doing brilliantly well!

(ps: it seems like you ARE your work of art! that's as good as it gets!)
